After completing his foundational medical education, Dr. Mike Comins advanced his expertise in aesthetic medicine through postgraduate training, focusing on the latest liposuction techniques. His skillset was notably enhanced by training in Vaser liposuction, a state-of-the-art, minimally invasive procedure for fat removal and body sculpting, allowing him to achieve more precise body contouring with minimal downtime.
A key milestone in his professional development was training in VASER Hi-Definition liposuction under Dr. Alfredo Hoyos, the creator of this advanced technique. This training enabled Dr. Comins to sculpt defined, athletic contours, providing patients with natural-looking, refined results. He introduced this technique to the UK in 2008, performing thousands of such procedures, thereby significantly enriching the field of aesthetic medicine locally.
Additionally, Dr. Comins has become proficient in Renuvion, an innovative skin tightening method that uses helium plasma and radiofrequency energy for outstanding results. This complements liposuction by offering a solution for skin laxity, enhancing the outcomes of body sculpting treatments.
His ongoing contributions to medical aesthetics, particularly his expertise in body sculpting, developed over 16 years and more than 5,000 procedures, have earned him a global reputation in Vaser Liposuction.
