Important information about Covid 19 and our clinic

Following government advice on social distancing due to Covid-19 and mounting difficulties of staff commuting into clinics, we feel it is in our patients’ and staff’s best interests to temporarily close the Hans Place Practice from today 23rd March 2020 until May 2020 to start with.

We know some of you were upset to have your treatment cancelled at a short notice and we apologise for any inconvenience caused at what is already a difficult time for everyone.
We will be contacting you individually over the next days to discuss further and reorganise your treatment.

Despite our clinic being closed to the public, please be reassured that we will continue to provide you with the after care required following your procedure. You will be able to reach via email and should it be required, we will still be able to organise a follow up in person with Dr Comins or a nurse.

We are responding to emails as usual during office hours. If you are an existing please contact us for any questions.

For any new enquiries and routine follow ups, please contact us via email or the contact forms via our website and we will be able to assist as per usual, and can provide you with an over the phone consultation, should you wish to have one, as they will continue to work remotely.

Hans Place Practice is engaging with the NHS to make available our medical resources and we will  support our healthcare system in the fight against the Coronavirus in any way we can.

Please be assured we are following robust medical practises. Together with our associated clinic, The Private Clinic group, their Chief Medical Officer and clinical teams, we are closely monitoring the situation and we will continue to update this page if and when our advice changes.
